Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept refund or replacement requests for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging for review.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
